The extremely limited Cracker Barrels is the result of winemaker Richard Freebairn selecting up to 4 barrels which he considers to be of the highest quality or ‘Crackers’ each vintage.
The 2016 vintage Cracker Barrels has been selected from a single parcel of Shiraz and Cabernet from Jones Block, the barrels are 100% French with no new oak. The wine has terrific intensity and depth of flavour, supported by subtle oak which makes this powerful Shiraz with small blend of Cabernet a pleasure to drink now and well into the future.
