SHIPPING
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays unless we are experiencing extreme weather conditions in which case we may delay deliveries to prevent spoilage. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it.
