Each tasting includes:

Five 20ml pours – equivalent to one standard drink

We recommend allowing 60 minutes to fully enjoy the tasting and explore our range — with the opportunity to purchase your favourites afterward.

Winter Group Tasting Experience – $25 Per Person

his winter, gather your group and escape to McLaren Vale for a cosy,
private wine tasting like no other.

Nestled in the scenic grounds of Paxton Wines, our Heritage
Pavilion becomes your exclusive haven for two unforgettable
hours. Whether you join us from 11am–1pm or 2pm–4pm,
you and your guests (groups of 10–40) will enjoy private access to our enclosed
and inviting pavilion — perfect for a relaxed winter gathering.

For just $25 per person, your
group will be treated to a hosted tasting of 5 premium biodynamic
wines, hand-selected from our celebrated range. Discover the
unique character and philosophy behind Paxton’s winemaking, in a setting that
blends rustic charm with modern comfort.

After your tasting, settle in and make the most of your time in the
pavilion. Order up a feast with wood-fired pizzas from
Doughballs, along with local platters, snacks,
and your choice of wines by the glass or bottle,
plus a selection of local beers.

Whether you’re planning a celebration, a corporate outing, or a casual
catch-up with friends, our Winter Group Tasting Experience offers the perfect
blend of flavour, warmth, and exclusive McLaren Vale hospitality.

Limited availability — bookings essential. Available each
Saturday and Sunday from June to October.

The Bedrock Core Flight – $15

A perfect introduction to Paxton, this flight features five of our foundational wines that represent the heart of our range. Balanced, approachable, and full of regional character.

The Mediterranean Flight – $15

Inspired by the sun-drenched varietals of the Mediterranean, this flight highlights our alternative styles — think Grenache, Tempranillo, and other warm-climate favourites with a Paxton twist.

The Premium Flight – $20

For those seeking something special, our premium flight showcases limited releases and flagship wines. A deeper dive into the complexity and elegance of Paxton’s top-tier offerings.

Each flight includes five 20ml pours — equivalent to one standard drink — and we recommend allowing around 45–60 minutes to enjoy the experience. Tastings are redeemable on 2 bottle purchases
