Join us for a guided tasting through six Paxton wines matched with six cheeses from Adelaide Hills’ own Udder Delights — from a fresh chèvre right through to a punchy Mawson Blue. We’ll walk you through why each pairing works, sharing a bit about both the wines and the cheese along the way.
