On Thursday 16 July, Ben Paxton travels to Perth to host an exclusive three course dinner at the iconic Kailis Bros Leederville – one of Western Australia’s most beloved dining destinations. Each course has been thoughtfully matched to a selection of Paxton’s premium organic and biodynamic wines, with Ben on hand throughout the evening to share the stories behind every bottle – from the soils of Landcross Farm to what makes McLaren Vale one of Australia’s great wine regions.
